The intent of this RFP is to select an independent certified public accounting firm to provide three annual audited financial reports, for the calendar years ending December 31, 2022, December 31, 2023, and December 31, 2024. The audits are to be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, of the financial and operational status of the Trust.
The term of the Agreement will be from November 1, 2022 (or upon approval by the Board, whichever is later) through December 31, 2025, with an option to extend one additional year.
