If your business is registered with MarylandSaves AND you are making payroll contributions to your employees’ accounts by December 31, 2025, your business will automatically be eligible for the 2025 SDAT Annual Report Filing Fee waiver. You do not need to do anything else.
If you claimed your fee waiver by correctly completing and submitting the Fee Waiver Request form (available at marylandsaves.org/claim-fee-waiver), you can check to see if your business’s SDAT Account number is on this list that will be submitted to SDAT on January 1, 2025. Please note: this list will be updated every month by the third business day of each month.
